Open Enrollment & Qualifying Events

Existing full-time employees (30+ hours/week) who currently are not on one of the medical, dental and vision insurance plans and wish to join, can do so every fall during open enrollment. Employees currently on the plan will also need to take part in open enrollment to choose a new plan or continue their coverage. Notice of open enrollment will be posted on Asana, in your breakroom, and via email. Enrollment will be handled directly in Employee Navigator.

Full-time employees who experience major life events, are eligible to enroll at any time that the life change occurs (please note that proof of the life event and the date it occurred are required). Click below for information on what is considered a Qualifying Life Event.

New Employees

New full-time employees (30+ hours/week) are eligible to enroll in our Horizon health, dental and vision benefits. After a new employee has been onboarded, they will receive an email from Employee Navigator (noreply@employeenavigator.com) to set up their health, dental, and vision dental portal, where they can review and complete their enrollment. The company ID to register is: MarcoEnterprises.

Once an employee is onboarded and entered into our system, they can also register for Employee Navigator using the link:

After selecting their elected plan, new employees will be automatically enrolled under the chosen coverage 90 days from their hire date. Payment for the plan/s selected will automatically be deducted from paychecks, bi-weekly.
