Getting Started

Upon eligibility, employees receive an ADP Welcome Letter by mail, notifying them of automatic enrollment by a specific date (with the option to decline). This letter includes their initial deferral rate and default investment details. 

 

A confirmation email is also sent, providing instructions to access their accounts via mykplan.com or the ADP Mobile App. Employees can then choose: "I need help with enrollment" for a guided process, or "I already know what I want" to enroll with default elections or customize their choices. Both options offer access to MyADP Retirement Snapshot, an intuitive savings tool that provides an estimate of monthly retirement income and how long it will last depending on where, when and how the employee would like to retire.

Am I Eligible?

Employees must be 19 years or older.
​
Must work 12 consecutive months from their date of hire during which at least 1,000 hours of service
(work hours) must be completed. If an employee does not meet the eligibility requirements within their
first 12 months, their hours will reset as of their date of hire anniversary, and the computation period will
begin again.
